For mothers and non-mothers, this book presents realistic solutions to living fit and losing fat while also dealing with real life concerns that many women relate to like self-esteem issues, food addiction, eating disorders, the freshmen 15, and especially, new motherhood. This is the book that addresses the psychological and emotional side to weightloss that most fitness books overlook.
Book II: Title TBA: Book II is a book for the intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiast who has learned how to live the fitness lifestyle, but she is ready to take it to another level and challenge herself in different ways. With the world of fitness expanding so rapidly through bikini, figure, fitness, and women’s physique, this book takes people through the necessary steps of becoming a champion athlete/fitness model. From mental conditioning, working out & dieting to learning how to turn your lifestyle into a business, this book is the realistic book for today’s fit woman who wants to “be in the game.”
